Remote Senior Human Resource Information System Analyst

Job Summary

A software as a service company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Human Resource Information System Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Playing a lead or support role in ongoing design, configuration and reporting for assigned Workday modules
• Providing Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development
• Serving as an advanced subject matter expert and providing consulting services to internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
• 3+ years with direct Workday support and HRIS experience with configuration expertise
• Functional knowledge of general HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB data loads
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
