Job Summary
A managed healthcare and benefits company is seeking a Remote Senior IT Systems Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform systems analysis and design activities.
- Conduct meetings with client representatives to identify and create functional requirements
- Evaluate alternative systems solutions and recommends solution that best meets the need of the business
Qualifications Include:
- Experience 3-5 years experience supporting, designing and/or implementing application changes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- SharePoint, MS Project experience
- Experience with SDLC, JIRA, Agile Methodology and working experience at large companies
- Experience QNXT or QMACS knowledge or Centricty CPS knowledge
- Experience of working with sourcing vendors/IT partners and remote/offsite employees as well
