Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Senior Software Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining and assuring the quality of data and HR databases
- Partnering with HR and business leaders on pay initiatives and changes
- Collaborating with leadership to manage compensation programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years of related professional experience with compensation program administration or relevant experience
- Hands-on HR systems experience
- Functional knowledge of compensation methodologies and structures
- Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.)
- Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
