Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Remote Senior Software Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining and assuring the quality of data and HR databases
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders on pay initiatives and changes
  • Collaborating with leadership to manage compensation programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 3 years of related professional experience with compensation program administration or relevant experience
  • Hands-on HR systems experience
  • Functional knowledge of compensation methodologies and structures
  • Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
