Job Summary

A provider of telecommunications equipment and services has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring customer health
  • Providing user communications, customized in-app onboarding, and continued learning
  • Supporting expansion of your accounts by identifying expansion opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

  • Are an excellent, empathetic communicator
  • Are detail-oriented and committed to quality
  • Are comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Have experience with customer success in the GovTech space, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, etc
  • Have 5+ years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
