Job Summary
A provider of telecommunications equipment and services has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring customer health
- Providing user communications, customized in-app onboarding, and continued learning
- Supporting expansion of your accounts by identifying expansion opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Are an excellent, empathetic communicator
- Are detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Are comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
- Have experience with customer success in the GovTech space, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, etc
- Have 5+ years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
