Job Summary
A fleet solutions company has an open position for a Remote Service Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent education, training, and experience in business administration, sales
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or an excellent customer service representative
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to build customer relationships while developing trust with the client
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
