Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide first-level customer support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver telephone-based and electronic support to students, faculty, and staff across multiple campuses
- Provide first-level technical support for various software applications and assist with complex problem resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on advancements in technology and ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in technical customer support and customer service
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- All requirements must be met by the time of employment
