Job Summary

A professional services provider is filling a position for a Remote ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Capturing business and user requirements
• Ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
• Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, testing and release process

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow’s products, features and capabilities
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, testing and QA best practices
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business partners
