A computer and network security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software as a Service Sales Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing sales operations
• Driving the development and maturation of our rev-ops practice
• Providing leadership and guidance to the sales operations team

Position Requirements Include:

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS company of a similar stage
• 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in building out and maturing a sales ops and revenue operations function
• Proven ability to develop and implement metrics and KPIs
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
