Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Operations and Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound phone calls, chats, and emails
- Creating new and updating existing knowledge base articles
- Troubleshooting account management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must speak and write in fluent English
- Prior experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira or equivalent Support and CRM platforms
- 1-3 years of Customer Support, Success, or other relevant customer-facing experience
- Comfortable communicating with anyone, from foreman to mid-to-senior level managers
