Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Operations and Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Creating new and updating existing knowledge base articles
  • Troubleshooting account management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must speak and write in fluent English
  • Prior experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira or equivalent Support and CRM platforms
  • 1-3 years of Customer Support, Success, or other relevant customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable communicating with anyone, from foreman to mid-to-senior level managers
