Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Customer Support Specialist to assist software customers during scheduled support hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist campground and resort staff with inbound call/email/chat inquiries regarding the reservation software
- Provide remote desktop demonstrations and share expertise with management and staff
- Work during specified shifts, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work the specified schedule (Saturday-Sunday 9a-6p and Monday-Wednesday 11a-8p EST)
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Experience in the recreation/hospitality/tourism industry
- Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Proficient in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel
