Job Summary
A fleet management software developer is filling a position for a Remote Software Product Design Director.
Must be able to:
- Maintain optimal quality, consistency, speed, and efficiency in our design work
- Design and scale the Design org, steering UX operations and processes
- Ensure high-quality work in alignment with our vision, mission, goals, and OKRs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in product design
- At least 4 years managing and mentoring SaaS design and UX professionals
- Expertise in leading and mentoring teams of 5+ product designers and user researchers
- Experience hiring, growing, and retaining great design and UX talent
- Experience designing across web and mobile
- BA/BS degree in a related field, such as interaction / product / graphic design, communications, or human-computer interaction
