A computer software and solutions company is in need of a Remote Software Support Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help customers to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
  • Test and reproduce customer problems in a local instance
  • Advise customers how to resolve technical problems that they may experience

Required Skills:

  • Coding skills - the role will involve scripting with Groovy scripting
  • Experience working with Atlassian tools or similar toolsets
