A software technology company is in need of a Remote Software Technology Program Knowledge Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Planning and managing the support knowledge program from start to completion
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the support knowledge program using data-driven metrics
• Ensuring that the support knowledge base meets the standards of quality and relevance

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communication, education or information technology
• Experience as a program director or manager in a similar role
• Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in using various tools and platforms for creating, managing and delivering support content
• Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in customer service and support
