A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying high quality candidates for some of our hardest-to-fill roles
- Supporting employer branding concepts and projects
- Building up a steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible channels
Required Skills:
- Extremely solid skills and experience in sourcing & headhunting
- Experience of hiring for Web3 projects, as well as a passion for crypto and blockchain technology
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience of recruiting in-house, preferably in tech startups
