Job Summary

A business intelligence software company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Become a trusted technical advisor for our Enterprise customers
  • Guide customers through strategic and technical decisions
  • Contribute to successful project deliveries.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Have led complex technical software implementations or managed services
  • Have an analytical mind and hands on experience with data tools
  • Created and delivered customized technical presentations and demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Basic understanding of Linux
  • Comfortable in a programming language such as Python, Javascript, SQL, Java, C++ etc
  • Learned how to balance competing priorities, gauge impact, and selectively escalate
