Remote Technical Account Manager
Job Summary
A business intelligence software company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Become a trusted technical advisor for our Enterprise customers
- Guide customers through strategic and technical decisions
- Contribute to successful project deliveries.
Position Requirements Include:
- Have led complex technical software implementations or managed services
- Have an analytical mind and hands on experience with data tools
- Created and delivered customized technical presentations and demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Basic understanding of Linux
- Comfortable in a programming language such as Python, Javascript, SQL, Java, C++ etc
- Learned how to balance competing priorities, gauge impact, and selectively escalate
