Job Summary

has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify why apps aren’t working, often with limited information
  • Debug code and utilize things like stack traces to help identify issues
  • Find common pain points for our enterprise customers and make suggestions to reduce friction

Position Requirements Include:

  • Have 1-2 years experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • Have an understanding of the mobile development and release process
  • Experience in one or more: iOS (Swift / Objective-C), Android (Java / Kotlin), Dart, React Native
  • Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
