Job Summary
has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify why apps aren’t working, often with limited information
- Debug code and utilize things like stack traces to help identify issues
- Find common pain points for our enterprise customers and make suggestions to reduce friction
Position Requirements Include:
- Have 1-2 years experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Have an understanding of the mobile development and release process
- Experience in one or more: iOS (Swift / Objective-C), Android (Java / Kotlin), Dart, React Native
- Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
