A cloud-based software and technology developer is in need of a Remote Technical Product Partnerships and Licensing Senior Manager Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and leading negotiation strategy, options and scenarios with partners
• Collaborating with Development and Engineering teams to manage ongoing relations
• Applying emerging data sources to deliver insights that support decisions

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of business experience in technology
• Experience in implementing agreements with engineering to assess the inclusion of third-party IP
• Business strategy and market development experience with analytical and business modeling skills
• Subject matter expertise in cloud services and/or working with ecosystem partners in the cloud infrastructure
• Exploring a wide range of possible effective partnering approaches
