Job Summary

A health information technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Proposal Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs and other bid documents
  • Schedule and lead proposal meetings
  • Write Executive Summaries, Cover Letters, Past Performance, and solution and Management summaries

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of proposal management experience in commercial, state and/or federal government proposal effort
  • Experience proposing and general understanding of technical offerings including software development
  • Bachelor’s or 5+years of work experience as a Proposal Manager in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to grasp technical and operational delivery concepts and information
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat, Word and Excel
  • Experience with MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
