Job Summary

A technology solutions and support company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Representative II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Visa/MasterCard dispute caseload and performing chargebacks and monitor case status
  • Providing level one troubleshooting and uses support tools to identify or recreate customer issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have at least 2 years work experience in a customer service role
  • Abel to work on non-complex to moderately complex projects
  • Able to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices
