Job Summary
A technology solutions and support company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Representative II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing Visa/MasterCard dispute caseload and performing chargebacks and monitor case status
- Providing level one troubleshooting and uses support tools to identify or recreate customer issues
Qualifications Include:
- Must have at least 2 years work experience in a customer service role
- Abel to work on non-complex to moderately complex projects
- Able to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices
