An international food and beverage retail company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Operations Major Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 24*7 global support of critical systems in a rotating on-call environment
- Ensuing timely, clear communication regarding service disruptions with the appropriate stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to create accurate, concise correspondence, develop and conduct presentations
- Foundation level knowledge of server operating systems, networking, firewalls, databases, storage, virtual infrastructure technologies
- Available to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule
