Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of our benefit plans and serve as a primary point of contact for benefits related questions
- Assist with open enrollment, 401k audits, and other significant projects
- Perform job evaluations, market price roles, interpret benchmark compensation data
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation or benefits
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to think analytically and strategically
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Demonstrated track record of being detail-oriented and proactive
