Remote Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day administration of our benefit plans and serve as a primary point of contact for benefits related questions
• Assist with open enrollment, 401k audits, and other significant projects
• Perform job evaluations, market price roles, interpret benchmark compensation data

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2-3 years of experience in compensation or benefits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Ability to think analytically and strategically
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Demonstrated track record of being detail-oriented and proactive
