Job Summary
A synthetic biotechnology and renewable chemical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving, reviewing, auditing and processing a variety of benefit vendor invoices and payments
- Developing understanding and mastery of purchase order, accounts payable and finance processes specifically related to global benefits
- Leveraging and enhancing benefits documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years benefits administration, leave of absence administration in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of US health plans and related jargon; ERISA, FMLA, leave types and laws, 401(k) plan administration
- Preferred familiarity with total rewards operational processes, HRIS data entry, quality and robustness
