Remote Total Rewards Analyst

Job Summary

A synthetic biotechnology and renewable chemical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Receiving, reviewing, auditing and processing a variety of benefit vendor invoices and payments
• Developing understanding and mastery of purchase order, accounts payable and finance processes specifically related to global benefits
• Leveraging and enhancing benefits documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years benefits administration, leave of absence administration in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of US health plans and related jargon; ERISA, FMLA, leave types and laws, 401(k) plan administration
• Preferred familiarity with total rewards operational processes, HRIS data entry, quality and robustness
