Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Wholesale Service Assurance Network Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring network problems are resolved quickly and effectively
- Deploying technical understanding of DWDM, SONET, Ethernet, and FttT technologies
- Responding to and driving customer escalations with LECs and internal teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of operations experience in a Telecommunications Network Operations Center
- 5 to 7 years of management experience in related job field
- Broad understanding of telecommunication networks and L1 through L3
- Experienced working with Remedy ticketing system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & Microsoft Visio
- Previous troubleshooting experience of network elements, protocols, and services
