Job Summary

A home loan and mortgage provider is filling a position for a Remote Workforce and Dialer Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the call center dialer platforms
  • Managing the implementation, testing, and administration of workforce management (WFM) platform
  • Providing thorough analysis of logging

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of (2) years of contact center dialer management
  • 3+ years’ experience in Call Center Management or Dialer Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills
  • Good business writing and math skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Windows, MS Outlook and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts and procedures within the mortgage industry
