Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to help maintain and expand relationships with its current client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customers to identify and close renewal opportunities
  • Develop and execute a renewals strategy to achieve revenue goals and improve customer retention
  • Track upcoming renewals, review contracts, and proactively reach out to customers to mitigate any issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the software/tech industry
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B sales or renewals environment
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Understanding of current technology and SaaS applications
  • Experience with configuring SaaS products
