Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to help maintain and expand relationships with its current client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customers to identify and close renewal opportunities
- Develop and execute a renewals strategy to achieve revenue goals and improve customer retention
- Track upcoming renewals, review contracts, and proactively reach out to customers to mitigate any issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the software/tech industry
- 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B sales or renewals environment
- Experience in a startup environment
- Understanding of current technology and SaaS applications
- Experience with configuring SaaS products
