Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Operations Supervisor to oversee and enhance call center operations in alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of inbound call centers, focusing on client service and performance metrics
- Coach and educate agents to improve performance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving issues related to patient financial services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in denial management/AR collection, Pre-Reg, and Auth in US healthcare
- Experience managing call center employees in a virtual environment
- Knowledge of EPIC software and healthcare billing practices
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred
- Availability to work various shifts based on business needs
