Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to build and manage systems and processes that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable revenue operations processes aligned with company goals
- Own forecasting and pipeline management processes to ensure revenue performance visibility
- Optimize lead management and sales workflows to enhance conversion rates and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM functions in high-growth SaaS or B2B companies
- Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM administration and optimization
- Experience managing and integrating GTM tools such as Gong and ZoomInfo
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including software procurement and implementation
