SaaS Cloud Service Delivery Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SaaS Delivery Manager responsible for effective delivery of SaaS Cloud Services to customers in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of Cloud Services, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, quality, and SLAs
- Lead multi-disciplined teams in Cloud Operation and Change Management, while facilitating technical delivery meetings
- Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure Production Support or Global Service Delivery roles
- Familiarity with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Proficiency in using JIRA for capturing technical requirements and project management
- Knowledge of cloud services, preferably with AWS and/or Azure certifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
