Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support agile practices and oversee delivery pod activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Scrum team(s) in achieving sprint goals and iterative software delivery
- Create dashboards and gather metrics to monitor team progress and disseminate project information
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and remove roadblocks for the Scrum team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
- 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification or equivalent certifications required
- Knowledge of Agile practices and project management tools like JIRA
- Experience in software development life cycle and stakeholder management
