Sales Enablement Instructional Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Sales Enablement) to develop sales training assets and create impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with teams to develop sales enablement training assets
- Create and maintain a variety of learning materials including eLearning courses, videos, and job aids
- Contribute to additional enablement priorities such as obtaining certifications and facilitating sales methodology training
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer or Content Creator
- Basic project management and time management skills
- Experience with visual design principles and eLearning authoring tools
- Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of Google G-Suite
- Experience in a sales environment and SaaS industry is a plus
