Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support growth by optimizing systems and processes within the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and delegate tasks across the Sales Operations team while managing a small team of junior to mid-level members
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM and other sales tools
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and improve revenue generation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, or project management
  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Experience with revenue tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Salesloft
  • Proven success in implementing sales strategies that optimize revenue generation processes
  • Strong project management skills and expertise in designing operational processes
