Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle tactical sales operations requests and collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders to improve processes
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards, ensuring data is accessible to the right individuals
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead management and lead-to-opportunity conversion
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Ops, preferably with sales experience (SDR, AE, or CSM backgrounds)
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, preferably with Administrator certification and CPQ experience
  • Proven experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, and analysis
  • Understanding of sales processes and workflows, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
