A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sales accounts, including warm inbound leads, inbound sales, and outbound cold calling
- Coach and develop agents and leaders on the account
- Ensure client satisfaction and meet program-wide financial goals
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B and B2C experience leading sales teams
- 2+ years of experience managing teams of 50 or more
- 1+ year of client relationship management experience
- Experience with outbound and inbound sales campaigns in a call center
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
