Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help elevate their sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Leader and FP&A to provide forecasting, analytics, and planning to deliver predicable sales results
- Evaluate regional territories, account assignments, lead generation, performance goals and compensation plans, and adjust to align with revenue goals
- Implement and drive a Deal Desk practice to help allocate the proper support resources on a per deal basis, and ultimately maximize the close probabilities and rates
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct experience in Sales Operations with financial analytics responsibilities
- 5+ years in a sales operations leadership role, in an enterprise software company
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years Salesforce.com operational experience with a strong understanding of core functionality, configuration, and user requirements
- Experience working in data analytics is a plus
