Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery workshop sessions with client stakeholders to understand and document requirements and business processes
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Create solution documentation that is scalable for the client and support the broader delivery team in their execution of change management and quality assurance based on final solution requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in at least two medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience matching user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce CPQ and either SFDC Administrator or Developer certifications
- Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & LucidChart
- Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for clients
