Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule medical and dental services in accordance with customer availability and contract guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to appointment scheduling, service completion, and health assessment processing
  • Identify potential behavioral health situations and follow protocol to assist callers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or call center environment preferred
