Senior Client Services Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve complicated client inquiries, collaborating with management across departments
- Analyze escalations to identify root causes and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting
- Generate and analyze weekly trending reports for management regarding issues and potential solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a client relations role, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
