Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Manager - ServiceNow Configuration Manager (CMDB).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive CMDB roadmap aligned with business goals and ITIL standards
- Establish CMDB governance policies and procedures for high-quality data management
- Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB per the CSDM framework, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle management of critical CI classes
Required Qualifications
- In-depth experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules
- Proficiency in CMDB data modeling, including CI class categorization and relationship mapping
- Solid understanding and application of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
- Experience in the healthcare domain or medical center IT operations is beneficial
