Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce automations and customizations
- Act as a liaison between the CRM team and Billing/Finance teams for project requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Advanced Administrator Certifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools and SOQL
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
