Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Fraud Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with key partners to implement and optimize fraud operations processes and policies
- Resolve potential situations that negatively impact the user base and drive cross-functional initiatives for fraud prevention
- Manage dispute resolution process and maintain positive relationships with external parties
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of fraud mitigation strategy experience in a FinTech/startup environment
- Experience leading internal and external teammates
- Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge and Python experience
- Extensive experience with payment processing platforms
- Focus on automation and optimization for growth
