Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners to implement and optimize fraud operations processes and policies
  • Resolve potential situations that negatively impact the user base and drive cross-functional initiatives for fraud prevention
  • Manage dispute resolution process and maintain positive relationships with external parties
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of fraud mitigation strategy experience in a FinTech/startup environment
  • Experience leading internal and external teammates
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge and Python experience
  • Extensive experience with payment processing platforms
  • Focus on automation and optimization for growth
