Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Operations & Enablement Manager to scale and optimize partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute operational strategies to enhance partner programs
- Build and optimize systems for partner enablement, including CRM/PRM workflows
- Lead onboarding and certification programs to accelerate partner effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner operations, partner enablement, or revenue operations
- Proven experience in building and optimizing partner programs and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
