Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead the development and management of sales tools and reporting for their field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize Salesforce for the sales process, driving automation and reporting improvements
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting using Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Work cross-functionally to align tools, workflows, and handoffs among Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B or healthtech environment
  • Experience with sales teams in healthcare settings, such as doctor's offices or clinics
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, including building reports and workflows
  • Proficiency with reporting tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Familiarity with inside sales tools such as Gong and Outreach
