Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay and incentives
- Evaluate jobs and determine appropriate grades within the organizational structure
- Ensure accurate recording of compensation data in the HRIS and perform annual audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, or related field
- Two to five years of compensation or relevant work experience
- Extensive knowledge of employee compensation plan/design and administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Workday HRIS system is preferred
