Service Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer calls to ensure expectations are met and transfer information to new field service tools
- Create and close service jobs in the operating system, ensuring accuracy in work tickets and invoicing
- Schedule and dispatch field labor based on customer needs and service call nature
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or 5 years of relevant formal education/training
- Experience with ERP systems in a service environment; Microsoft AX preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with various computer applications
- Experience in a service environment with technician dispatching
- Basic Lean/Six Sigma fundamentals training is a plus
