Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard customer orders through scheduling, installation, and completion
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to scheduling installs via phone, SMS, and email
  • Coordinate work schedules and maintain active work planning using company systems
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Experience navigating multiple systems to track and monitor orders
  • Willingness to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary
