Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for service issues reported by customers
- Support AVI Customers and be a member of the ProSupport Services team
- Manage incidents, service requests, ticket ownership, reporting, events, and problem management
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations, and methodologies
- Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage
- Preferred CTS certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
