Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for service issues reported by customers
  • Support AVI Customers and be a member of the ProSupport Services team
  • Manage incidents, service requests, ticket ownership, reporting, events, and problem management
Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations, and methodologies
  • Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage
  • Preferred CTS certification
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
