Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist for 2nd shift remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring phone calls and emails to track and resolve issues promptly
- Providing technical support for computer systems and PCs
- Utilizing tools to offer remote technical support for customers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Computer-related degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a technical service call center environment
- ITIL Foundation Certification within the first 12 months of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills preferred; flexible to work 4 days, 10-hour shifts
