Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist for 2nd shift remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring phone calls and emails to track and resolve issues promptly
  • Providing technical support for computer systems and PCs
  • Utilizing tools to offer remote technical support for customers

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Computer-related degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a technical service call center environment
  • ITIL Foundation Certification within the first 12 months of employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Basic troubleshooting skills preferred; flexible to work 4 days, 10-hour shifts
