Job Summary

A company in the Defense industry is looking for a Subcontracts Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead full life cycle indirect and direct subcontract management activities for various programs
• Oversee and manage overall procurement compliance for assigned programs
• Manage a team of approximately six geographically dispersed subcontracts administrators and buyers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 5 years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience in subcontracting for services
• Successful track record of managing a variety of subcontract types (FFP, TM, CP)
• Working knowledge of the FAR
• Costpoint experience
