Subcontracts Manager
Job Summary
A company in the Defense industry is looking for a Subcontracts Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with government regulations throughout the subcontracting process
- Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors/vendors
- Oversee the entire subcontracting process, including subcontractor onboarding, documentation, compliance, and performance management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in subcontract management with a focus on government contracts
- In-depth understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex subcontract agreements in the government contracting space
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Unanet experience is a plus
