Job Summary

A company in the Defense industry is looking for a Subcontracts Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with government regulations throughout the subcontracting process
• Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors/vendors
• Oversee the entire subcontracting process, including subcontractor onboarding, documentation, compliance, and performance management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in subcontract management with a focus on government contracts
• In-depth understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex subcontract agreements in the government contracting space
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• Unanet experience is a plus
