Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot issues escalated to the Support Team
- Resolve client inquiries and propose data/code solutions for bugs
- Create and maintain documentation for integration processes and troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
- Customer support experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
