Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues escalated to the Support Team
  • Resolve client inquiries and propose data/code solutions for bugs
  • Create and maintain documentation for integration processes and troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Aptitude in navigating and troubleshooting in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
  • Customer support experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
